Do we need to bring our own food?
We can provide all food from our own range, however you can provide your own if you would prefer to.
Do we need to bring our own bedding?
There is no need to, we provide all bedding.
Can we receive updates whilst we are on holiday?
Yes, we are active on Facebook and Twitter to allow you to keep up to date with your pets stay.
Can we bring our pets toys?
You can bring anything to make your pets stay enjoyable.
Do you exercise the dogs?
Yes, they are walked and played with everyday
Can my pets be bathed and groomed ready for collection?
Yes, we offer a full grooming services.
My pet is on medication what do we do?
We will continue to administer the medication in line with your vets instructions at an additional cost.
Do my pets need to be vaccinated?
Yes, it is a requirement for your pets to be fully vaccinated. For all annual boosters they must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Is the kennel cough vaccination required to allow my dog to be boarded?
Yes, we require all dogs to have had the kennel cough vaccination. This must be carried out allowing two weeks prior to arrival. If you are unsure please call us and we can discuss it with you.
Do you take unsociable dogs?
Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate unsociable dogs.
Do you board entire male dogs?
No, we do not accept entire males
Do you take male dogs that are not castrated?
We are unfortunately not able to accept male dogs that are not castrated.
Do you take all breed of dogs?
No, there are certain bull breeds we do not board. Please contact us to confirm if in doubt.
What is the youngest age you can take Puppies?
The youngest age we accept puppies is 4 months. This is subject to them having had their first two inoculations.
